Friday’s are for Meditation. Come join us every Friday 9:30am for a restorative reconnection to ourselves and our community. Each class includes breath work, lite yoga, guided meditations, Journal prompts, and dedicated time to process our needs and hold space for one another.

Mondays are for Music! We sing, we dance, we play instruments, we learn history, we learn theory, we make beats, we have FUN! Come learn right alongside your little one every Monday morning 9:30 and 10:30am!
Fridays are for Art! We draw, we paint, we imagine, we create! Come get messy and make mistakes in this fun and creative class every Friday morning 10:30am!

Wednesdays are for connection. Come join us for some community and tea while we give your little ones some crafts and chalk to entertain them while you spend some time with your village. We begin with story time and then invite you to stay or drop in anytime during the morning 9:00-11:00am. Bring your coffee and friends!

So…What is this exactly?
A fair question. Since when has anything really been created just for us, the caregivers? Well, we’re here to change that. Llamama is a grassroots community rooted right here in Smyrna, built for the grown-ups who care for our little Jitterbugs — moms, dads, nannies, aunties, grandparents, neighbors, and beyond.
Our mission is simple: to create space for caregivers to connect, recharge, and feel supported. Through classes, events, and creative gatherings, we’re building a village where the adults matter just as much as the kids. Because when caregivers thrive, children do too.
What do I get with a community membership?
A Llamama community membership gets you early registration access as well as discounted rates for all community events, Grown-up and me classes, weekly Adult Meditation classes, monthly sound baths, monthly Parent-Nights-out, and most importantly a space where your voice is heard! We are here to provide what you need, and we are listening!
My membership comes with credits, how do they work?
Each membership level is allotted a different amount of credits monthly to be used as desired on classes, events, and offerings, giving you the flexibility to join in as your schedule allows! Each offering within our community is assigned an amount of credits depending on the length and materials needed.
WHERE ARE CLASSES & EVENTS HELD?
All classes and gatherings take place at the Jitterbug Performing Arts studio in Smyrna located at 1306 Concord Road.
What ages are the llamama & me classes geared towards?
All Llamama & Me classes are open to all ages! We are here for the process not the product. Our goal is joy, connection, and fun through creativity! We find that 2-6 year olds are the best suited for more of a “hands-off” class- but we want YOU to join in the fun with your kiddos of any age!
Can I come to a class or an event if i am not yet a community member?
Of course! All classes and events are first come first serve registration. So if there are spots left, you are more than welcome to claim your spot for the price specified.
how can i use my credits?
Here is the general breakdown:
Llamama & Me Classes = 1 credit;
Meditation Groups= 2 credits;
Sound Baths= 2 Credits
Parent-Nights-Out= 3 Credits;
All Events will be 2-3 credits specified in the event description.
Do my Credits Roll-over?
Depending on your Community membership level, some credits may be eligible to roll-over to the next month! Check your membership description for more details
Do I have to commit to a full year?
Not at all! Community memberships are billed monthly and can be paused or cancel with a 30 day notice, after the initial 3 months.
